Aymar Manning
Founder and Broker
Aymar Manning got his start in property management working along side O.C. Hubert, the founder of the Board of Realtors of Cobb County and Hubert Realty Company. During the course of his long real estate career, Aymar has served as Secretary and President of the Board as well. In 1972 Aymar started Manning Properties with his wife Judy, doing appraisals initially, and then moving into commercial leasing, property management and sales. As the company’s senior broker, Aymar also holds the prestigious MAI certification, ranking him among an elite group of appraisers nationwide.
Judy Manning
Founder
A 16-year veteran of the Georgia Assembly, Judy Manning has a long tradition of hard work, including many years as a broker and appraiser at Manning Properties. A resident of Cobb since the fourth grade, Judy began her working years as a school teacher and got her start in real estate with her father, O.C. Hubert of Hubert Realty. Well known for her community service in Cobb County, Judy began her public work as a volunteer at Kennestone Hospital. Her desire to improve local quality of life extended to her election as a Representative for House District 32, a seat she held for 16 years. Judy’s legislative efforts include special advocacy and leadership work to benefit the children of Georgia.
Elizabeth Manning
General Manager
Elizabeth Manning was born and bred to the world of real estate and has grown up in the family business. Elizabeth is experienced with brokering commercial and residential deals; property management; project management, including tenant and purchaser build outs; and as a partner in commercial investments consulting. Also as General Manager, she is in charge of leasing, sales and property management for the firm. Below is a list of her community service positions, awards and accomplishments:

Laurel B. Marks
Licensed Real Estate Sales Specialist
An Atlanta native, Laurel has more than 20 years of real estate marketing and sales experience with significant success in upper-end properties for primary, secondary and investment homes; land; new homes; resorts; hotel-condominiums; commercial; and fractional villas. She has marketed, sold, and developed property, both residential and commercial, in multiple states, including Hawaii, and internationally, in Mexico, Belize, Hong Kong and mainland China. Laurel is licensed in real estate in both Georgia and Florida.
